Nigel Shamol Ingram
Was born December 31st, 1982 on Homestead AFB, Homestead, FL to Cathy Ingram. The eldest of 6, Nigel quickly understood and accepted his role as an older brother. Nigel was a natural born comedian and family man, who loved to make people laugh and bring smiles to their faces. Nigel began his education at Leisure City Headstart, then A.L. Lewis Elementary, later to Campbell Drive Elementary and Middle Schools before Graduating from Miami Southridge Senior High School. Nigel had a natural attraction to law enforcement as his way to help his community. Participating in several Ride-alongs with the Miami Dade Police Department. Nigel received his Certification from the State of Florida as a Security Officer where he worked within the same community that aided in his upbringing. While in Security, Nigel worked throughout Miami-Dade blessing each person he came into contact with, with a smile in the only way he knew how; being Nigel. He worked at Miami Dade College, Baptist Hospital, Mt. Sinai, and other locations throughout Miami.
Nigel began his walk with Christ at Triumph The Church and Kingdom of God In Christ in Homestead, Florida. From a young age he was very involved and willing to help in any way possible. At the Perrine Campus he participated in the music ministry in different roles. Though he later was not in regular attendance, his roots stayed firmly planted within his relationship with God and the church. Nigel’s memory will live on in his Mother, Cathy Ingram; his siblings LaDairus, Susie, Tavaris, Aukeem, Kenyatta(posthumously) and a nephew Ayden. His close cousin, Tikia his aunts Alzada, Adrienne, Jacqueline and Alberta; Uncles Michael, Ronnie, Kenny and Ricky as well as many other loved ones too many to name
