Mrs. Helen Virginia Eagle Hill, born on March 6, 1941, was the second child of the late, Daisy Taylor Eagle and the late, Napoleon Eagle. She grew up in Augusta, Georgia, where she completed grades 1–8 at Charles T. Walker Elementary School and graduated from Lucy C. Laney High School.
